Ahh...GL..all trappings of a former Jumper. Actually I have figured out a few things that we'll need to do. I don't know that we can implement everything we need to live off the grid so to speak. Not really possible. Don't know that I'd want to even if we coule. What I can do is mitigate the impact whatever is coming will have an D2 and I. That and a whole BUNCH of 5.56mm rounds. [img]wink.gif[/img]

And I'll still be laughing my ass off at those who have no clue...

oh...and sorry sluggo!

PS: Nobody's standard of living will be the same.

Good idea Greg! There's a Citgo on the corner of Park Boulevard and 54th Avenue in Pinellas Park that tends to be cheaper. Does that help?

As are my old cars I used to have that didn't get the best mileage. My next car will be small, open top and fuel efficient. My van right now is like an SUV the horrible mileage it gets but it can't help it, it's a 1976. I used to get 20mpg in my Lincoln though and got 25mpg on the highway believe it or not.

Actually I like my Blazer and S10 pickup. They come in handy with all the crap we lug around.

For now gas is a necessary evil. Although, Paul is looking into a few alternative fuel sources for investment purposes.

I did tell Paul, I do want a little convertable sport looking thing. Has nothing to do with gas prices....I think it's a mid-life thing. [img]wink.gif[/img]

Blazer and an S10 are moderate sized in comparison to some SUVs, they should both get decent mileage. I know my brother gets 22-25mpg in his S10.
